We excel at printing, but always with a minimal footprint. Smart window shading, LED lighting with sensors, heat pumps, and 700 solar panels on our roof ensure that we no longer need to use gas. And… when it comes to shipping, we choose PostNL as much as possible, because every small step counts!

Separating waste? We do it with everything and everyone in our company. We use a compactor for paper waste and reuse leftover materials for schools and childcare centers. We also promote the use of corrugated cardboard over plastic. Circular and creative at the same time! With passion, we optimize everything within our power to make our production as green as possible, including by reprogramming our machines more efficiently. We strive for “green, growth & bloom.”

FSC® Certification

FSC® is one of the most recognized labels for the use of paper and cardboard. The FSC® label indicates that the paper or cardboard is made from wood fibers sourced from responsibly managed forests.

GBG/Boostyourbox holds an official FSC® certification. This means we can use FSC®-certified materials and are allowed to apply the FSC® logo to printed materials and cardboard. Much of the cardboard we use is also made from recycled materials, which requires less energy and water to produce the pulp. For cutting and printing this cardboard, GBG/Boostyourbox uses specialized nesting software. This allows us to optimize sheet layouts, minimizing waste. Good for the environment and your budget.

Green Plume

GBG/Boostyourbox’s efforts have not gone unnoticed. In 2020, we received recognition from the municipality of Goes in the form of a “Green Plume” award. The Green Plume is a recognition for companies that are committed to sustainability across all aspects of their business—not only in their products, but also in their buildings and production processes.
